  • What is the difference between A, AB+ and AB?

    A: Light wear, fully functional. Fully functional and passes all functional tests. Display may have a few extremely fine scratches visible only under strong light at close range. AB+: Visible wear, fully functional. Fully functional and passes all functional tests. Visible scratches or minor dents are allowed, with no cracks on front or back glass. Housing may show multiple light scratches, wear, or paint peeling. AB: Heavy scratches or dents. Key functions tested and passed. Deep scratches or dents may appear on glass or frame. No unknown parts, no battery service warning, Find My iPhone off, carrier unlocked, no SIM lock or MDM lock.

  • What is the difference between CPO, ASIS and ASIS+?

    CPO refers to certified pre-owned or refurbished-condition units. ASIS units are sold as-is, without per-unit condition guarantees, and are priced for bulk or mixed stock. ASIS+ units receive a basic functional check but are not graded per unit.

  • What are the minimum order quantities?

    The standard wholesale minimum is 10 units for used devices, 20 units for ASIS and ASIS+ stock, and 50 units for accessories. Specific models or lots may carry different minimums; sales confirms the applicable minimum for each order.

  • How do I place a wholesale order?

    Browse the public quotes and inventory, then submit an inquiry or cart request with your contact details and a preferred sales representative. HY Market does not collect online payment: a sales representative confirms availability, final price, quantity, condition and payment terms.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Payment terms are order-specific and agreed with sales, typically bank transfer or other methods agreed in writing. Public quotes are shown in HKD and USD with a CNY display value for reference.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. Shipping, logistics, freight and customs handling are arranged per order with your sales representative, including destination, carrier and delivery schedule.

  • What warranty applies to wholesale devices?

    Final after-sales and RMA terms, including warranty, returns and DOA, must be confirmed in writing with HY Market sales before payment. Ask your sales representative for the policy that applies to your lot before confirming.

  • Are the website prices final?

    Public prices are point-in-time references in HKD and USD and may change with stock and market conditions. The final price, quantity and availability are confirmed by sales for each order.
