Every wholesale batch is checked before shipment and condition grades describe cosmetic appearance. Buyers can request current photos, videos and IMEI or serial verification before confirming an order.

  • Functional checks on devices and verified accessories before packing.
  • Used A and AB+ must be fully functional; AB must pass key function testing. A: Light wear, fully functional; AB+: Visible wear, fully functional; AB: Heavy scratches or dents. Brand New, CPO, ASIS and ASIS+ are separate stock categories, not cosmetic subgrades of Used.
  • IMEI or serial verification available on request before shipment.
  • Current batch photos and videos shared with buyers during sourcing.
  • Final after-sales and RMA terms, including warranty, DOA and returns, must be confirmed in writing with HY Market sales before payment.
